Repositioning health services to add top-line revenue

Mercy Medical Center had a history of promoting their women’s services individually. We determined this approach wasn't supporting referral activity between services. So we grouped them in a marketing effort that included print, broadcast, event planning, public relations and internal training and marketing. By developing a campaign around multiple services like maternity, breast care, radiology and cancer, we created the perception of a center for women’s health to increase referrals and generate additional revenue streams for each of the related services.
